  • Do you offer managed services?
    We exclusively provide unmanaged services for our dedicated servers. Consequently, you are accountable for backing up any critical data on your server and assuming full responsibility for any server configurations or modifications.
  • What does "Fair Usage" mean?
    We implement a fair usage policy to ensure equitable sharing of network resources. Although there may not be explicit usage limits on bandwidth, our fair usage policy aims to prevent excessive consumption that could negatively other users. Excessive usage will result in bandwidth throttling.
