Cooling redundancy is rated at N+1. The roof is made of membrane and reinforced concrete decking with available roof rights. The floor can support loads of up to 125 lbs/sq. ft., and there are diverse conduit entry points for fiber and building access. Security measures include 24x365 manned security, card key, and biometric access control, digital video monitoring and recording, and compliance with SSAE 16 SOC2 standards. Parking is available on-site. The building, originally known as the Western Union Building, was constructed between 1928 and 1930. It stands 371 feet tall and was initially used for telegraph equipment as the headquarters of Western Union, making it a natural choice for its current role as a data center.
